a résumé that tells them what they need to know in a concise, well-ordered way
no more than a one- or two-page résumé
a cover letter with each résumé
information such as qualifications and keywords clearly presented
information about employment in reverse chronological order - last position first
a cover letter and résumé without any typos or grammatical errors
employment dates and detailed job histories
