Do you need a customized marketing plan that clearly defines your business objectives and how to achieve them?

The point of this axiom is that all organizations need both general and specific plans to be successful. Management should first decide what it intends to accomplish as a total organization and develop a strategic plan to achieve these reslts.

Key planning concepts:

  • Define organizational mission (a general statement indicating the boundaries for an organization's activities: target market, what needs are satisfied, and what type of products/services are offered)
